Migration Queensland has officially concluded its state nominated skilled program for the financial year 2023-2024, as announced on Friday, 10th May 2024.

For individuals who have received invitations, prompt uploading of documents is strongly advised to ensure timely processing.

In the event of non-selection in this financial year, applicants are encouraged to resubmit Expression of Interest (EOI) applications once the program reopens for the 2024-2025 program year.

This year’s program witnessed intense competition, with 40,000 EOIs received, vying for a limited nomination allocation of 1,550 places.

It is important to note that Migration Queensland continues its processing of second stage business visa nominations amidst these developments.
